A non-governmental organisation in Warri, Delta State, founded by SaltCity Church in 2024. Our goal is to build thriving cities by building people.
Strong cities do not just happen; people build them.
The strength of a city begins with its people. Behind every strong city are dreamers, workers, parents, students, and builders — ordinary individuals carrying extraordinary hope.
Change doesn’t begin with bricks or concrete. It begins with hearts, hands, and lives changed. When people grow, families grow; when families grow, communities thrive; and when communities thrive, cities rise.

From relief to formation.
- 2016 – 2023
The charity years
Food aid for the Igbene-Ehrenren community, and the annual “Share a Christmas” program, which clothed over 5,000 children in Warri — alongside scholarships and other support.

Short-term aid was not enough
A community assessment showed deeper challenges. We became convinced that real change starts with a mindset shift.

Instead of handouts alone, we set out to transform minds and build people — through education, mindset reformation and economic development.
Everything we do is rooted in three thematic areas.
Education
Education is the foundation for lasting change. Through our free school and learning programs, we provide young people access to quality education.
Mindset reformation
Real change starts with how people think. Our Mindset Reformation & Community Engagement Program helps shift mindsets and empower young people to take active roles in their communities.
Economic development
We equip youths with practical skills to thrive and build sustainable cities. When young people are equipped to succeed, they drive local economies, reduce poverty, and generate employment.
The Foundation Montessori
A free school on Okumagba Avenue. We aim to inspire each child’s potential and foster holistic development — nurturing intellectual, emotional and spiritual growth.

Build with us.
